Was a big mistake to have done the Art of Living course. After reading your article I am glad am not the only one. I am in a worse kind of state and after the kriya my hand shivers for a good 5 minutes. I do drink over 2 litres of water a day which they say is necessary while one practices. I started to feel depressed and negative all over again. I stopped the kriya and started it after a few days. I also felt negative and low all evening. The second day I had a strong fainting feeling after I completed the Kriya and had to sit up. I was looking for answers about SK as I recently did a 3 day short course on it. I stopped practising SK almost a month ago. Lack of interest in life, No enthusiasm, always depressed.L ow energy. Intellectual disability – Could not comprehend or respond to anything. I also recommend that people workout regularly as it the keeps the mind and body fit.I was practising Art of living’s Sudarshan Kriya for 12yrs, without giving even a day’s gap. And so, I highly recommend this to others.
I have personally experienced shocking changes but in a good way, since I have been following the Art of Living. Since all my friends have a hectic work schedule, partying happens just once in a while. But sometimes, I just like to relax at home. I like listening to psychedelic trance and I enjoy clubbing or going to beach parties with my friends. But I'm looking forward to pursuing them back again.
But lately, I have been travelling a lot and so I don't get time to pursue my hobbies. About two-and-a-half years back I used to dance along with Sandeep Soparrkar and do shows as well. I also love to dance, but sadly I have lost touch with it. Sometimes, I like to do charcoal paintings. Having said that, I have an affinity towards the historical genre. I'm a voracious reader and enjoy both the fiction and non-fiction genre. I work out, preferably everyday for about an hour or so.
